Original paintings in stock will be shipped in 3-4 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified (The processing and shipping time of custom and commissioning works defers depending on the size and the work, please contact). 1.2. I offer Canada, US and Europe free international shipping, delivery time will be displayed at the check out. Please contact me if you want delivery on locations other than the ones I mentioned. 1.3. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Pricing and Payments 2.1. All prices listed on my website are inclusive of applicable commissions and fees. 2.2. I accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay, PayPal. You agree to terms and conditions and provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order. 2.3. In the event of a pricing error on I reserve the right to cancel or modify an order, or to contact you for further instructions.

If, however, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 7 business days of receiving the order. 3.2. In case of damage or loss during shipping, I will initiate a refund or provide a replacement item, subject to availability. I may ask photographs or documents proofing that you received the damaged item because of shipping; I will need this also for the claim on shipping insurance. T3.3. To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. 3.4 I don't accept return or refunds for the reason other than receiving a damage or defective item.
